The duration depends on your goals and internal working style, e.g., the number of stakeholders involved. We aim to complete each of the individual projects listed above within 2-4 weeks. When multiple projects are involved, the overall timeline may remain similar, as they are often closely interconnected.

What tools are you using?

We have experience with a wide range of collaboration tools. We typically communicate via email or Slack and manage projects using Figma or Monday.com. However, we are flexible and can accommodate other communication tools and use Word, PP, Excel, or any other software that you are comfortable with.

What is your pricing model?
  • Partner Agency: Pricing depends on the number of projects and time involved. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

  • Team Member: Pricing is based on contracted hours and time zone. Payment is made weekly.

  • PM Consultant: Pricing is based on an hourly rate, with payment due after each meeting.
